How do I use it?

Wash and dry the area first. Creams and roll-ons: apply a small amount and massage it in, up to three or four times a day. Patches: peel and place on clean, dry skin, usually before bed. Masks: slip one on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and massage in whatever serum is left — no rinsing needed. All of it is for external use only.

It had no insulations to put it together. I went online but not clear enough.

Too tight. No luck in contacting them.

Left two msgs asking how to return. No response. Not what I ordered and way too tight.

Please make a video tutorial on both the slider and the tool to remove socks. This will be a product, but please save us the frustration of figuring it out.

ease of operation

This really puts the hardest part of getting ready easier. Putting on sock made easy

complicated

First off I paid about $22.00 for this and later on found it for $8+ and $9+. so I was disappointed.
Then I found it coming apart as I was trying it.
so for me it didn't work. Or I am using it wrong. :-((

Works great!

With an upcoming hip replacement, and knowing there is a 3-month prohibition on bending past 90°, I needed a way to put on and remove socks by myself. I bought this model and have found it to be just what I needed. It does work better with some sock brands than others. I’ve had my best luck with Land’s End 100% cotton dress socks, although some Gold Toe models work OK, also. I did need to super-glue the little hook in the bottom piece to keep it from popping out.

Got the slider and it doesn't work like it should. Just an expensive piece of plastic. I got no socks with the slider!!

This product is exactly what I needed. I have severe arthritis in my right hip, and trying to put my sock on that foot was a challenge. This product helps me greatly!

Difficulty assembling... still not sure I got it right, resulting in no apparent advantage using it to get socks on. Not enough illustrations to utilize effectively for getting socks on.

Difficult to use

No instruction with device. Need to be very strong to mount compression sock. Difficult to hold while placing sock. Easier to do manually than trying to prep device. Will return.

the SOCK SLIDE BROKE with first sock I put on. The mounting screws pullout of the slide. I had checked they were tight when I started. I had used my old one about three years before it broke. Not happy with quality of the new one.

It is very easy to get the compression socks on with this device, something I've needed for many years now!

Not as easy as video shows

The sock holder seperates from base w every sock. Tried using super glue but it still sc lid apart. Im trying using different height chairs but so far it helps but still a struggle to get socks on.

Company and employees are amazing! However, I am not overwhelmed with the product I ordered. It works for my needs, but it is cumbersome to use. It is in 2 parts which makes it not very efficient. It's too slippery, and needs some non stick applications to keep the socks from sliding off. And the handle part that is not attached, needs to be hooked on separately to be able to use it. I really wanted to like it, I just don't. But I will say that your company, the employees, and customer service is outstanding! I got an immediate response when I had a shipping issue, and it was taken care of quickly. Both Cindy and Sam made sure I was happy, and I was, with them. Sorry guys!
