The non-binding top

The hold is spread out, not pinched into one line.

An ordinary sock stays up with a narrow band of tight elastic. All of the grip lands in one place, and that line is what you find pressed into your leg at the end of the day.

Ours is knit wide and loose instead, so the hold is spread across several inches of soft cotton. It stays where you put it. It just does not bite.

At the end of the day

Take them off and your leg looks the same.

No ridge, no red ring, no itching at the spot where the band used to sit.

The rest of the sock is built the same way: a smooth, flat toe seam with no ridge to rub, a cushioned sole, and soft cotton that moves air instead of trapping it.

Why pick Diabetic Sock Club?

No tight band

The top is knit wide and soft, so it holds gently and leaves nothing pressed into your leg.

Questions before you order

If the top isn't tight, will they fall down?

No. The top is knit wide and holds gently along several inches of the leg instead of gripping in one narrow band. It stays up through a full day, sitting or walking.

Will they still leave a mark by evening?

That mark comes from a narrow band of tight elastic pressing into one line. There is no band like that in these. Most women tell us there is nothing to see when the socks come off.

Which of the four should I start with?

Start with the Cotton Crew if you want one pack to live in. Pick the Cotton Ankle if you mostly wear low shoes. Choose the Ultra-Soft Upper Calf if you want the softest, roomiest top of the four. Add the Over The Calf Compression Socks if you also want graduated support up the leg. The top band is knit to sit flat, not to grip.

How do the sizes run?

Sizes go by your everyday shoe size, and the exact range for each style is listed on its product page. The women's range starts at Small (shoe size 4–7). Between sizes, go up.

What if they aren't right?

Every pair carries a 1-Year Replacement Guarantee. If a sock gets a hole or wears out within a year of buying it, send it back and we'll replace it free. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
