Is shipping free?

Yes. Every US order ships free, with no minimum.

Where do orders ship from?

Our socks are knit in Alabama and ship from our warehouse in North Carolina.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account to see your orders and tracking. You can also call us at (800) 214-0218, weekdays 9am to 3pm Eastern.

Sizing and fit

How do I pick my size?

Choose the size that covers your shoe size. Each product page has its size chart. If you are between sizes in our non-binding socks, size up: the top has enough give that a slightly larger sock still stays put. Compression socks are sized by their own chart.

What are diabetic socks?

Socks with a non-binding top that stays up without squeezing, a smooth toe seam with no ridge to rub, and soft, moisture-wicking fabric with a cushioned sole. Our complete guide to diabetic socks explains more.

What is the difference between your diabetic socks and compression socks?

Our non-binding diabetic socks have no compression; they are made for comfort and fit. Our diabetic compression socks add graduated pressure in 8-15, 15-20 or 20-30 mmHg, with a top that does not bite. Ask your doctor before starting compression, especially if you have poor circulation in your legs, neuropathy or skin wounds. See our diabetic stockings guide.

How should I wash them?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener: it coats the fibers and flattens the stretch that keeps the top non-binding.

How does autoship work?

Choose autoship on a product page and fresh socks arrive on the schedule you pick, at 15% off. You can manage your subscription from your account or by calling us.

Returns and guarantee

What is your return policy?

Unworn socks can be returned within 30 days. Start a return or exchange at our returns center.

What is the 1-year replacement guarantee?

If a pair of DSC socks gets a hole or wears out within a year of your order, we replace it free. Each order can be replaced once. File a guarantee claim here.
