Foot relief is the reason most people find us: feet that ache at the end of the day, skin that is dry and cracked, toes that feel cold, or that burning, tingling, pins-and-needles feeling that makes a long evening feel longer. This page collects everything we make for feet that need looking after — the creams, the soaks and masks, and the socks that go on afterwards.

Everything here is made in the USA and ships free, every order. Over 7,800 customers have rated our socks 4.6 out of 5 stars.

These products are cosmetics and comfort wear, not medicines. Nothing on this page is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have diabetes, nerve damage, an open wound or a foot problem that is not getting better, see a doctor or podiatrist — that is the one thing a sock cannot do for you.

Start With What Bothers You

Dry, Cracked, Neglected Skin

Feet get the least attention and the most work. A rich moisturiser and an occlusive sock overnight is the oldest trick there is and it still works better than anything expensive. Our moisturising foot masks are a slip-on treatment with a heavy emollient formula — two per box, twenty minutes each. Follow with a cotton sock so it stays on your feet and not on the sheets.

Feet That Ache After a Long Day

Our Cooling Peppermint Hemp Cream is a heavy moisturising cream with peppermint oil and menthol, which is what gives it the cold, tingling feel on the skin. Full spectrum hemp extract, under 0.3% THC. It comes in 200 MG, 1000 MG and 4000 MG, and the Ultra Strength Roll-On is the same idea in a roll-on applicator for when you are not at home. For external use only; avoid broken skin; not for use during pregnancy.

Burning, Tingling, Numbness

If you have that burning or pins-and-needles feeling in your feet, the first stop is a doctor, not a shop — it is worth knowing what is causing it. What we can offer alongside whatever they advise is thicker cushioning underfoot, a smooth toe seam so nothing rubs a foot that cannot always feel it, and a top band that does not grip. Our neuropathy socks are the most heavily cushioned pairs we knit.

Feet and Ankles That Swell

A foot that changes size through the day needs a sock that changes with it. Our non-binding socks have a wide relaxed top instead of tight elastic, so they accommodate rather than constrict. If you want graduated pressure instead, that is what compression socks are for — ask your doctor which strength, if any, is right for you.

Getting Socks On at All

Bending down is its own problem, and it is a common one. The Sock Aid Slider Kit lets you put a sock on without reaching your foot. Unglamorous, and the thing our customers write to us about most often.

A Foot Care Routine That Takes Five Minutes

  • Look at your feet every day. Tops, soles, between the toes, and the heel. Use a mirror if you cannot see the bottom. The American Diabetes Association puts a daily check at the centre of diabetic foot care.
  • Wash and dry properly — warm, not hot, and dry carefully between the toes.
  • Moisturise the tops and soles, not between the toes.
  • Put on a clean, dry pair with a smooth toe seam and a top that does not dig in.
  • Never go barefoot, indoors included.
  • Take anything new or not healing to a professional. A cut, blister, colour change or sore that is not improving is a doctor’s visit, not a cream.

1-Year Replacement Guarantee

If your socks wear out within a year, we replace them free. No questions asked.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the hemp cream make me feel anything?

On the skin, yes — a strong cooling, tingling sensation from the peppermint oil and menthol. It contains full spectrum hemp extract with less than 0.3% THC, the federal limit, and will not produce any psychoactive effect.

Cream or roll-on?

Same family of formula, different applicator. The jar is easier to work into the whole foot with your hands; the roll-on is cleaner, travels better and means no bending to rub it in. Plenty of people keep one of each.

Can I use these if I have diabetes?

Talk to your doctor or podiatrist about anything you are putting on diabetic feet, particularly if you have reduced sensation or any broken skin. Our topicals are for external use on intact skin only.

What kind of sock should I wear to bed?

Something loose. A non-binding cotton pair over a moisturised foot holds the cream against the skin and does not leave a ring on your calf by morning.

How often should I replace my socks?

When the cushioning has flattened or the top has stopped holding — usually six to twelve months of regular wear. If ours wear out inside a year, we replace them free.

What every pair does, whether you are on your feet all day or stuck in a seat.

Wide-Calf Fit

A non-binding top that sits flat on a calf up to about 20 inches around, so there is no dig and no red ring at the end of the day.

Better Circulation

All-Day Mobility

Cushioned underfoot and breathable up top, built for long shifts, long flights and everything in between.

Questions before you order

Which style should I start with?

If you're on your feet, travelling, or your legs feel heavy by evening, start with the Bamboo Compression. If you mostly want a soft everyday sock that won't slip on hard floors, start with the Cotton Crew.

How do the sizes run?

Two sizes, based on your everyday shoe size. Women's: Medium 5–9.5, Large 10–13. Men's: Medium 4–8, Large 8.5–12. Between sizes, go up.

Will they fit a wider calf?

The ribbed top is knit four to five inches deep and sits flat on a calf up to about 20 inches around. Larger than that, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly.

What if I order the wrong size?

Exchanges are free both ways for 60 days, including one pair you've already worn and washed.
