Free Exchanges

If you would like to take advantage of our free exchange program, please click the link above and you will be able to submit your request for an exchange!  Once we confirm the product you want is in stock, we will send you a free return label and ship out your new order once we receive your original order.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first to confirm the address.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied only to your original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days. The refund amount will be your purchase price minus the return shipping cost.  

If your shipment is refused by you or shipped back to us and you do not have a pending return in our Returns Center, you will be responsible for the Shipping and Handling charges associated with your return.  Shipping and Handling charges include the amount of the original shipping charge and a $6.95 handling fee.  Please use the Returns Center to return or exchange your shipment!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, please contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at sam@diabeticsockclub.com so we can look into this for you!

Shipping

If you are unable to utilize our online Returns Center, please give us a call at 1-800-214-0218 so we can assist you!  Our Customer Service phone line is open Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm EST.

Through our Returns Center, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
