Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on for your Diabetic Sock Club order. Here's exactly what it covers.

What you get

• Faster delivery. We ship your order with our 3–4 day shipping, instead of our free 6–10 day shipping.
• A free replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged. We'll send a new one at no cost, or refund what you paid for the items if you'd rather.

How to get help

1. Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date (or your expected delivery date, if it never arrived).
2. Call (800) 214-0218 (weekdays 9–3 Eastern), email sam@diabeticsockclub.com, or use the form below.
3. Tell us your order number and what happened. If it arrived damaged, a photo helps.

We'll reply within 2 business days and ship your replacement or issue your refund.

• Every order already includes USPS tracking, with or without Shipping Protection.
• Delivery times are estimates, counted in business days from when your order ships.
